Shirley is a former banker with RBC, and an independent mortgage agent since 2011. She is a strong relationship builder by talent resulting in creation of a vast network of all stakeholders including lenders and clients. She believes that it is important to integrate requested mortgage into the overall financial plans of her clients. Her goal is to help her clients manage cash flow, build liquidity and accumulate wealth through mortgage plans that are a custom fit to each client. Her business has been built primarily from referrals from satisfied clients and referral sources.
